This section of our website is divided into three sections:

• Fees - fees vary according to the type of dispute and the Act under which the application is made. Also listed are administrative fees, e.g. photocopying costs.

• Application forms/brochures - application forms and guides/brochures which are specific to particular Lists (Lists are sections within VCAT dealing with particular types of disputes)

• Miscellaneous forms - forms of a general nature which can be used right across VCAT.
