VCAT is saying farewell to Keryn Negri, who has served as the tribunal’s Chief Executive Officer for five years.
We thank Keryn for her commitment to access to justice and significant contribution to VCAT. Keryn's achievements included introducing the Customer Service Improvement Program, an Online Dispute Resolution pilot, a strong focus on accessibility and Koori inclusion, and establishing a partnership with the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria to expand alternative dispute resolution. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
VCAT welcomes Mary Amiridis from Court Services Victoria, who joins the tribunal as Acting Chief Executive Officer while we complete a comprehensive recruitment process for this role. Mary has led legislative and service delivery reforms in diverse settings, including at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
We look forward to continuing to progress the priorities outlined in VCAT's Strategic Plan 2018-22, and working toward a tribunal service that meets the needs of all Victorians.
