Progress report on our strategic plan

We report every six months on progress against our Building a Better VCAT: Strategic Plan 2014-17.

The latest update is now available. Highlights in the past six months include:

  • completing a customer survey at 22 venues across Victoria - online, in person and by phone. Results are still being analysed, but the overall customer satisfaction rate was 85 per cent
  • successful implementation of the Victorian Government’s new VCAT fee structure on 1 July 2016
  • launch of the new VCAT website on 20 July 2016, which is in plain language, has text-to-voice technology and information in languages other than English
  • enabling online document lodgement for people with active Transport Accident Commission cases started after 1 January 2014.
