Current objector applications for review

Each day at about 4.30 pm we publish applications for review that we have received under section 82 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987. This information allows councils and responsible authorities to check whether we received objections to permit applications within the required 28 days. We do not send this information to councils.

The list Definition A List is an area in VCAT that deals with cases of a similar nature. For example, the Residential Tenancies List decides cases between tenants and landlords, and the Civil Claims List handles disputes about buying or selling goods and services. includes all new applications for review received in the previous 48 hours. This information remains online for 30 days.
