At VCAT, the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal, we help people solve different types of disputes.

If you have an issue such as a landlord or tenant breaching their lease, a dispute about a shop refund, or a conflict over a new building, we can help resolve it.

We'll make it as fast and affordable as we can, so you can put the dispute behind you and get on with your life.

We can also help with owners corporations, reviewing government or other organisations' decisions or appointing a guardian A person who makes personal lifestyle decisions on behalf of someone with a disability, including decisions about their living arrangements, work arrangements, medical treatment and access to people and services. for a relative or friend.

We're a lot less formal than going to court.

You can decide to represent yourself or ask us if you can use a lawyer.
