Application by a permit holder to cancel or amend a permit

Use this form if you are a permit holder and want to apply to cancel or amend a permit under section 87 or 87A of the Planning and Environment Act 1987. 

A permit holder is an owner of the land, an occupier of the land or a person who is entitled to use or develop the land.
