Annual Report 2012-2013
Annual Report 2012-2013 | The Annual Report contains an overview of VCAT’s performance over the reporting period, as well as key activities undertaken by the Tribunal and the implementation of reforms.
During 2012-13, the number of applications lodged with VCAT exceeded 90,000 for the first time in VCAT’s history. A List restructure was undertaken to obtain efficiencies, simplify structure and strengthen governance. This restructure reduced the number of Lists from 16 to 11. In addition, a substantial review of VCAT fees was undertaken by government, resulting in the new Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2013.
