Except where there is a right of appeal to the Magistrates’ Court, VCAT can review certain decisions made by the Roads Corporation on internal review under the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2021.
VCAT can review certain decisions made by the Business Licensing Authority under the Second-Hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1989. Under this Act, we can also conduct inquiries.
VCAT can review certain decisions made by the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria or by a panel appointed by the Board under the Surveying Act 2004.
