Applicants with an online account now have access to greater self-service facilities to help them submit applications.
People who create an online account have had the ability to save progress on their applications to complete later.
Now online account holders can also:
- return to their draft application from an email
- log in to see their online applications from anywhere on the website
- see their submitted applications
- delete draft applications.
Account holders will see their drafts and submitted applications when they log in.
People still have the option of applying online without creating an account.
These changes apply to all online forms except in the Residential Tenancies Hub, Guardianship Hub or Account by Administrator (ABA).
